to move with presence instead of performance,
to rediscover the rhythm of safety and emotional closeness.

As part of this experience, we’ll be joined by renowned Latin dance teacher Steve Day, who will guide couples through a beginner-friendly Salsa session — not for performance, but as a practice in attunement, trust, and embodied connection.

Through the roles of leading and following, you’ll explore:

🕺 How to stay present under pressure
🎶 And the courage it takes to move in rhythm with your partner
